How do you upload files?

1) Pictures:

- Side bar

- Images and files

- Upload your picture first - make sure you give it a name

- Be in Edit mode

- Put cursor on specific spot on page where you want the picture (if you do not do this step the picture will automatically show up at the top of your page, if this happens, drag the picture to a different spot)

- Click on the picture name in side bar and it will appear in the Edit tablet

- Resize the picture by clicking and dragging the corners

- SAVE page

2) Files:

- Upload your file

- Put cursor on specific spot on page where you want the link to the file (if you do not do this step the link will automatically show up at the top of your page, if this happens, highlight & drag the link to a different spot)

- Click on the file in side bar

- A link to your file will appear

- Once you save it you should be able to click and download the file

3) Video:

Easy:

- side bar

- images and files

- upload your video (first save it on desktop, then upload)

- Put cursor on specific spot on page where you want the link to the video to appear (if you do not do this step the link will automatically show up at the top of your page, if this happens, highlight & drag the link to a different spot)

- Click on the video link in side bar (images and files)

- This will create a link to the file which will allow someone to view it. 

Harder but best way and favorable for principles as they can view your video inside your webpage!

Directions with pictures

- Create a YouTube account

- Upload your video to Youtube

- In Edit mode

- Click Insert in the top bar

- Video

- Youtube 

- Paste Embedded Code (When you upload your video to youtube, under the video in youtube you will see sharing options, you click embed and it will show a code you can copy and paste)

- Click insert plugin

- Save
